How Do I Order a Repeat Prescription

We accept prescription requests online or by telephone after 11am (the telephone lines are very busy, so online might be the quickest way to request them for you and is available 24/7).

We keep a record of your repeat prescriptions, and issue you with a counterfoil for future requests. If you wish your prescription to be posted back to you, please include a stamped addressed envelope.

All repeat prescriptions are being sent to the pharmacy of your choice, but it will takes 7 working days for your prescription to be ready at the pharmacist.

If you are on regular medication for a long term condition, ask us about serial prescriptions as you may be eligible for this service. These are longer term prescriptions that you do not need to order from us, just collect every 2 months from the pharmacy.

As part of our website, we also provide an online facility for ordering your repeat prescription. You do not need to sign up for this service, but we strongly recommend that you read the Usage Disclaimer on the prescription order page.
