Community Nurses
Our Community District Nurses provide home nursing to housebound patients and those patients who are recently discharged from hospital. They can be contacted Mon – Friday 8.30am – 5pm on 01294 322248. The Urgent out of hours District Nursing care number is 01563545544. This is for evenings 5pm -8.30am, all weekend and public holidays. Please be prepared to leave a message on their answering service.
